Description
A recurring muse of mine, the black bear stands back on her hind legs, roaring up into the void. The red backdrop stirring the emotion of the piece, and of the bear’s action. This piece focuses on her head and elegantly extended neck.
This original was created on white, 140 lb., acid-free, cold press, watercolor paper, with a Staedtler Pigment Liner pen, white charcoal and Higgins fadeproof, pigmented drawing ink in Eternal Black, red and brick red.
This print is offered at its original size of 8” x 8”, and printed using Simitri HD plant-based polymerized toner on a heavy weight, 120 lb., Accent archival card stock.
Each print is hand-signed on the front at the time of purchase, and stamped on the back as a mark of authenticity. Print does not include mat or frame. Those are shown for reference only.
