So I went to the Nyack Street Festival for the first time on Sunday, April 9th, 2017. Wow, there were a LOT of people! If you have never been to this festival before (like myself) I would definitely put it on your list of things to do. They advertise it as attracting 25-35k people and having over 300 vendors, and I can believe it.
The festival lined Main Street along with a couple of other side streets. The vendors were a nice mixture of crafts, art, photography, antiques, retail, festival food, and a children’s area. It turned out to be a beautiful day, so I was able to take a couple of nice pics of the festival along with this pretty one of the library. Having never been to Nyack before, it looked like a really cute town with nice shops and some funky cool eateries. It is now on my list of places to check out further for its shops and restaurants. If you have a particular place to recommend, shoot me an email and let me know!
Don’t be discouraged if you missed this festival in April, the town repeats it multiple times during the year.

All street fairs run from 10am – 5pm, rain or shine
We love pets, but please don’t bring them to a street fair — pets are forbidden by village ordinance.
