Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park (Taconic)
On Monday, July 4, Walkway Over the Hudson will be open to ticket holders only to view the City of Poughkeepsie fireworks display. The Walkway will close to the general public at 4:30 p.m. for event setup and safety preparations. The bridge will reopen at 6:30 p.m. to those with valid tickets and remain open until approximately 9:30 p.m. The fireworks are scheduled to launch between 8:15-8:30 p.m.

Limited parking, carpooling is highly recommended.
Admission and parking are free.
Concert-goers should bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating as well as a picnic supper.

Cap off your holiday weekend on Monday, July 4th with a viewing of the grand fireworks display at the New Rochelle waterfront. Produced and sponsored by the famous Grucci family, the City of New Rochelle’s annual “Spark the Sound” extravaganza will start at 9:00 pm, rain or shine. Optimum viewing locations are Hudson Park, Joe Curtis Five Islands Park, and waterfront restaurants.

KSC will be performing for the July 4th celebration at Pierson Park in Tarrytown. Rock & Roll followed by a stunning fireworks display! Bring your blankets and your chairs to this beautiful setting on the shores of the Hudson.
Come watch the Renegades and the Brooklyn Cyclones on July 3rd with a special post-game Super Fireworks Show will occur after the July 3rd home game to celebrate Independence Day.

After the two-year COVID hiatus, the Cornwall Independence Day Committee is happy to announce that the Cornwall 4th of July Craft Fair is returning, rebranded as the Cornwall 4th of July Artisan Craft Faire- a juried show of quality, handmade items. Our 4th of July celebration has been a Hudson Valley favorite since 1950.; a true, hometown celebration with food, fun and festivities all day long- culminating with the Main Street Mile run, a parade down Main St, a historic pageant and fireworks!

At New Windsor Cantonment, a military drill and cannon firing at 2:00 PM, followed by children’s musket drill. At 3:00 PM, visitor assisted reading of the Declaration of Independence followed by another military demonstration
